After a move to New Orleans in 2020, I decided to start a small business to offer Popup restaurant experiences, catering for parties and corporate functions, and private dining. My menus take an elevated approach to casual dining - featuring the best of local produce and seafood prepared with techniques and ingredients from around the world.
