Since arriving in New Orleans in 2020, I’ve been growing my small business to offer Popup restaurant experiences, catering for parties and corporate functions, and private dining. My menus take an elevated approach to casual dining - featuring the best of local produce and seafood prepared with techniques and ingredients from around the world.
